Restaurant Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Girl in the Park!We're excited to have you dine with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review our reservation and cancellation policies below. We recommend making reservations online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance especially on Friday and Saturdays. This will help us ensure that we have a table available for you and your party. We may require a credit card guarantee for reservations of 10 or more guests. We accept reservations up to 30 days in advance. We recommend making reservations in advance for large parties.

To make a reservation by phone:

1. Call us at 708-226-0042.
2. Let us know the date and time you would like to dine and the number of guests in your party.
3. If you have any special requests, please let us know at this time.
4. We will confirm your reservation and send you a confirmation email/SMS.
5. Please review the confirmation carefully and ensure all details are correct.
6. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

To make a reservation in person:

1. Visit us during our regular business hours.
2. Speak to a host or hostess and let them know the date and time you would like to dine and the number of guests in your party.
3. If you have any special requests, please let them know at this time.
4. We will confirm your reservation and add you to our waitlist if necessary.

Please note:

• Our reservation and cancellation policy may vary for special events, holidays, or private dining experiences. Please refer to the specific event details or confirmation email/SMS for more information.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient reservation system.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the reservation. Reservations of 10+ that cancel less than 48 hours prior will loose their table deposit. Table deposits are applied to the final bill and is $10 per person over the count of 10. Reservations for Party Events that cancel will loose the non-refundable deposit of $300.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your reservation and have not cancelled beforehand, you may be charged a no-show fee, equal to the Table Deposit or non-refundable event deposit, depending on the reservation count.

Additional Notes:

• We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. If you are running late, please call us to let us know.
• We cannot guarantee specific seating requests, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• We offer private dining rooms for special occasions and Party Events. Please contact us for more information.
• We are happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• We are a family-friendly restaurant and welcome children of all ages.
• We offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on our menu.
• We are a pet-friendly restaurant and allow well-behaved dogs on our outdoor patio.
